New You Brew currently ships to addresses across Australia.

International shipping will not be available at launch.

Standard shipping

Standard tracked shipping is $9.95 per order.

Orders are sent through Australia Post. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Express shipping

Express shipping is available for $15.00 per order.

Express delivery time depends on your location and the Australia Post network. Express shipping does not guarantee next-business-day delivery to every postcode.

Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping applies to orders of $79 or more.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts have been applied. Express shipping is not included in the free standard-shipping offer.

This includes Blend Bundles and any other product combination that reaches the $79 threshold.

Dispatch times

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after being received by our fulfilment partner.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch may take longer during launches, promotions, public holidays or unusually busy periods. We will communicate any significant known delays where possible.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the tracking record to update after the parcel enters the Australia Post network.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address and contact details carefully before placing your order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the parcel has entered the delivery network.

If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you before arranging redelivery. Additional postage costs may apply.

Brew Gear and heavier parcels

Orders containing Brew Gear may be larger or heavier than tea-only orders.

Some Brew Gear orders may move into a higher postage bracket depending on the total packed weight. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment.
